~Biography~

Pamela Jean is an independent, touring Singer/Songwriter, and Nashville Recording Artist, that originally hails from Minnesota. Calling 6 states 'home' in the past 2 decades, Pamela has had some amazing experiences and shares the highs and lows of her life through her music.  

Starting her career with a fear of singing, a karaoke dare in 1998 quickly moved her passed her biggest fear and she was hooked on performing. Overcoming her stage fright would lead to a life she only dreamed of. Pamela utilized her many years of creative writing in school and ventured into songwriting. By 2008, after having to get passed another fright, playing her mostly self-taught guitar in front of a crowd, she began hosting successful open mic nights in Southern California for several years. This naturally branched her into solo gigs and touring, which has allowed her to perform in 10 states and countless cities. Currently, she performs solo or with her band, Pamela Jean & The Spyrographs, in Spokane and North Idaho. Her upcoming winter will be based in Florida as live music is seasonal up north. 

 
9 of her recorded songs have had radio play on independent stations across the U.S. K102 Country (Idaho), KYRS (Spokane), KPRI (San Diego), KZUU 90.7 (Pullman, WA) and WNYR (New York).  She has also been featured on KREM & FOX News with her original music; released and co-produced 4 music videos. "Slip Away" was nominated for "Video of the Year" at NW-CMA Awards 2024. Her videos are created to bring awareness to highly fragile topics in life such as domestic violence awareness and substance abuse. Both obstacles she has personally battled in her life. 

Pamela has driven across the country with her one-eyed dog in everything from a 20-year-old Toyota Corolla leaking transmission fluid, to pulling her 23' "home on wheels". She is no stranger to the open road, taking life by the horns, and following her dreams. She has built her career and brand from the ground up, along with her Rockstar Jewelry Collection and photography business. 

A portion of ALL music proceeds go to her new Pedal to the Metal non-profit. Pamela's mission is to raise awareness and funds for domestic violence and to inspire others to flee toxic situations and NEVER look back!!! This is the "Pedal to the Metal" journey. She has personally donated and raised over $6,000 towards women's shelters and has huge plans for her non-profit.
